The purpose of the Sivutaikuri customer register is so that Annika can contact customers when necessary. This usually relates to the ordered service, an existing customer relationship or partnership, or planning future collaborations, meaning the personal data register is based on a contract or consent. Occasionally, but very rarely, Annika may send your company marketing communications, but these are not intended to be personal.
About the Register The register includes the following personal data: first name, last name, company name, postal address, email address. The data has been obtained through the Sivukauppa online store and the contact form. It has been indicated on the form that the data will be included in the Sivutaikuri customer register.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties. Personal data may be added to the MailPoet or MailChimp newsletter program and to Microsoft’s managed cloud service, whose servers may be located outside the EU. These services are committed to complying with the EU’s data protection regulation by signing the Privacy Shield agreement.
Annika stores the customer register on her computer and mobile phone, both of which are protected by a password and/or fingerprint identification. The websites are hosted on Zoner’s servers, and Zoner takes data security seriously.
