Room Boom Shop, which sells stylish home decor with a touch of rustic rock ‘n’ roll, is an elegant WooCommerce-based online store that I took over as a well-prepared package.
I’ve implemented some new features for the shop, such as a product review reminder and displaying reviews on the store’s homepage and product pages. Most of my work involves updating plugins, resolving update-related issues, and modifying and testing settings due to changes in shipping and payment service providers.
Sometimes, not having built the store myself causes a bit of a headache, as each developer uses slightly different methods, such as adding custom code, but after some investigation, a solution is always found one way or another.
I have nothing but good things to say about Annika’s work. I have been extremely satisfied with our collaboration, which has worked well, especially from the perspective of a small business.
Annika is always easy to reach and can respond to inquiries quickly, which has been very important to me. As an online store owner, I cannot solve the issues that prompt me to contact her. I have always received the help I needed and more. Annika provides clear instructions if I need to do something myself or takes care of the work within the agreed timelines and often even faster.
I feel comfortable messaging Annika about any issue, and she is easy to approach. Billing works well and fairly. I appreciate that Annika consolidates the work done and invoices when it makes a reasonable whole. I feel that I get great value for my money.
